Romantic  : Barbados

My Family and I visited Barbados last year and had a marvelous holiday. This is a picture of us taken at Grahame Hall Nature Reserve. They are marvelous birds to see and enjoy. My Grand daughter said it was better that wonderland. I would highly recommend Barbados for a winter holiday, it has everything, even Ocean Park where you can see all the fish that live around the shores of Barbados. That's what one traveler called this very civilized island, which has Georgian buildings built with coral and ship's ballast, pirate castles and Victorian homes trimmed in gingerbread fretwork. There are also sophisticated hotels and restaurants perfect for dinner for two or afternoon tea together. Take walks in the sunshine together among the manicured lawns and gardens. Play a round of golf together or watch a cricket match. Or explore the island's many historical sites. Don't miss travelling on the little train together through a huge underground cavern called Harrison's Cave. If you want to go dancing, there's lots of nightlife, but honeymooners might want a quieter place to stay - perhaps a small quaint inn on the north end.
