Romantic  : Anguilla

Small and quiet, Anguilla is none the less home to some very upscale resorts. As a result, there's amazing food to be had, but it can be pricey. Local BBQ places are a nice change. The island boasts 33 white sand beaches, snorkeling at marine parks just off the beaches and some diving. There's almost no violent crime, so rent a car and explore together - but make it a Jeep, because there are some epic potholes. Donkey and chickens may share the road as you drive from one beautiful beach to another. Hold hands on the small plane ride over from St. Martin.
